Everything about this business is wonderful. From the moment Delvin picked up my phone call and was able to get my car into the shop emergently to the quality of the work I had a great experience. Nate, the owner has integrity and is one of the rare mehanics that tries his best to not to make it a costly experience. I was expecting to pay a lot more and was happy to see my bill was much less than I expected. I also like the coffee machine and the comfy leather sofa. It's a very clean shop, you can tell they take pride in their business. Best place to get your car repaired in the Tri-cities!!
