I have only been using Platinum twice but received affordable and quality work both times. The second visit was a issue that was hard to diagnose but they kept me informed and worked to fix it right the first time. I will continue to use their services.

This company is outstanding. I have had my vehicle to them for major and minor service several times. The vehicle has ~468,000 miles. I am confident it is as reliable as a new vehicle. The staff is responsive, friendly and competent. The work has always accomplished on---or ahead of-- schedule.

Took my car in for a check-up before a road trip and decided to finally get the brakes done while it was there; they were long overdue. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was. Wonderful customer service. They were able to get my daughters car in the day after I called them. Her repairs ended up costing her less than the original quote.

I'm not happy with their service at all. When they finally got my ac hooker up it "leaked", mind you it was replaced in 2021. They stopped what they were doing took the line off and still charged me full price when I had no ac at all and said it would be between $1200 to $1500 to fix the ac unit. I was charged damn near $170 for them to say it's broke. Even the guys over in Pasco don't do that. Called other places afterwards and was told, at most it should have cost me 75.00 since they didnt do the entire service. What a rip off.
Were very sorry you were unhappy with your service. Unfortunately there is a process to ac repair and a service is the first step. There are alot of places for an ac system to leak and they cannot always be seen untill after the technician performs the entire service. Our repairs do come with a 3yr/36k warranty in most cases.
