The staff is professional and take the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my car, which I really appreciated. They didnt try to up sell unnecessary services. Platinum Automotive is honest and trustworthy and there were no surprise charges when I picked up my vehicle. The turnaround time was reasonable, they kept me updated throughout the repair. Overall, I would recommend Platinum Automotive to anyone looking for reliable, transparent, and high-quality service.

I have brought a few different service vehicles to Platinum Automotive. They have either had a major fix done by the end of the same day, or next day. They are fair about their pricing. The staff and mechanics are very knowledgeable when talking shop. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Platinum Automotive for any repairs. Highly recommended!

Called up early in the morning and Nate was able to work with us and get everything we needed on our rear brake drums for our ‘03 tundra like brand new. Very great and honest working people here. Definitely coming back here again!
