Even though they are very busy they have great communication and can always get us in. We have 3 cars that have been serviced there for over 10 years. They are informative and willing to explain what's necessary now VS what's going to need to be done in the near future.
I'm from out of town. Car was making a noise when steering. They were busy, but still got my car in and fixed it. If I lived in Tri Cities, they would be my go- to shop. They also said they like working on classic cars with carburetors.

Platinum automotive…. What can I say…normally when you think of mechanic shop it goes without saying rip-off or screwed normally. But not with this outfit. I brought many vehicles referred even more and not one single solitary time (not one) did I ever… in any way feel like I was taken advantage of or feel cheated. It’s hard to find a mechanic shop that will make you feel like you are a friend of theirs. I could go on but I’ll close with this…. If you have something wrong with your car.. truck…suv basically anything almost.. there’s enough experience and talent with his staff to ensure your problem gets addressed…And the best part.. it’s done right.. don’t have to worry about it getting fixed but having to bring it back after the fix.. it’s fixed bottom line.
