Jeff said they were really engaged. The technician who worked on the vehicle wanted to help explain what was going on, and they made him feel like they care about his vehicle and him coming in for service.

Pete said that the price and quality were there. He appreciates that they did the entire AC unit, got parts in fast and did a great job and he is pleased with the 3 year warranty.

Jennifer said they werent able to fix it but were very helpful in what they could do.

The old ford needed a lot of TLC to get her back up and running well. I had asked the techs to go through it, and let me know what was the most important to least. Platinum Automotive delivered 100% on the job. I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy or fast job, and they had it done quickly. I took it to Platinum because I knew they would do the job right, the first time. Platinum went above and beyond.
