Jarred said every time he brings a vehicle to the business, he's happy with the work. He diagnosed the vehicle on his own and when he brought the vehicle in, they told him he was wrong and saved him about $1400. He was very happy he did not have to pay that much.

Always friendly, efficient and reasonable. You wont find a better shop to get your vehicle worked on than Platinum Automotive. Whether it's a routine oil change or major repair. They can get you taken care of.

Have used this repair shop for speciality repair twice and have been very happy with there work and professional service. I normally do most of my own repairs and maintenance. Being a Moorhead myself I would recommend them and have no problems sending my own family and friends.

I appreciate their honesty. I never feel dumb when talking with them and asking questions. I feel taken care of. Highly recommend.

I have always been anxious about going to repair shops and feeling like I'm going to get ripped off. I have never felt this way with Platinum Automotive. They always take the time to explain everything to me. I feel listened to and respected. I highly recommend this shop. I think they have fair prices and I have never walked out angry!
