Kayla said she loves the shuttle service that the business provides, it's great. She has been a customer for a while and she is usually very happy with her experience. The staff could improve their communication, they told her the service would take half a day but it ended up taking 2 days. Additionally, they were unable to figure out what the problem was with her vehicle, which was disappointing. She will be back in the future,

David said this business had prompt service. They were honest and took care of towing his issue with out him having to go through a towing facility. They called him and made sure he understood the cost of the repairs. They seemed great. He thanks them.

We found Platnium through our insurance USAA. We paid 1/5th of the cost quoted to us by a local dealership. We were told our car needed major reapairs in excess of $3000-5000. Platinum not only provided pictutes of all needed repairs, they went above and beyond to justify their costs. Thanks to Platnium for the repairs without the shenanigans often seen by other mechanics.

I'm giving this place one star because I've been dealing, in person and on the phone, with the owner for two weeks trying to order parts and get a set of air bags installed on my pickup truck. Little to no communication on status of order/parts and merely excuses when we did talk. FedEx supposedly misplaced the parts order, but the owner, Robert Van Slycke, didn't sound too concerned when he revealed to me that "the delivery didn't arrive according to the tracking number information." I guess he doesn't need my $500-$600 business, so I've ordered the parts and will have a friend help me with the installation.
