I'm not sure why I had to make an appointment at 10 am when at 3:30 PM they hadn't even looked at my vehicle??

Best service I have ever had at a mechanic. Have a project car I have been working on for a while, needed help with the ignition system. Had it at another place in town and was told that there was nothing else to do it was just the way this old truck ran, out of frustration I took it here as a last resort. First got it in quick. Next got a call quick with the prognosis, then they said it was fixed with a simple change, I was skeptical if I was honest, but they were right on, drove off with this old scout running better then it ever had. Give these guys a shot you won’t be disappointed.

Greg said the mechanic was very clear on what was being done and the work was done in a timely manner. He also thought the prices were very fair.

I am impressed with Platinum Automotives' focus on the "mature" automobile. I saw Robert's presentation at a BNI group and was very interested in the money saving options of keeping up on the maintenance of an older vehicle vs. losing money on always purchasing brand new! All the employees operate well together as a team and always treat customers as though they are important.

Chris said they have done really good work on his vehicles. . Their communication prior to the work was really good. All of the issues were communicated.
