I have been here multiple times and have been in kennewick for 11 years this is the only place I take my cars and truck.

I fully trust these guys. I never feel like I've been wronged by them. They always give me my options and never make me feel bad about my choices. Highly recommend.

Platinum Automotive provides very knowledgeable, professional services in a timely manner. They provide me with honest maintenance review/evaluation of upcoming service items that need to be scheduled, in order to keep my my vehicle in top performing condition. I believe they treat our vehicles as though their grandmothers were using them for out of town travel. They definitely do not want to have you stranded.

I took the vehicle in due to starting slow and the battery was dead a lot, explained that the battery might be bad or something might be draining the battery - dome light door switch lots of things come loose over time. They replaced Battey and also took the time to make sure the battery the issue. Thanks to Nathan and the guys at Platinium automotive, the staff is honest, reliable, fair and they stand behind the work. Like always the repair was (as all repairs have been) first-rate. Vehicle runs better now than it ever has before!!!
