Spoke with Craig. He said the staff at this business are a pleasure to work with, and the experience was seamless. They are always on top of things, it is easy to schedule an appointment, and they get the service done quickly. They also always call when the work is finished. Additionally, they look at what needs to be done at various mileages and call him to discuss it before starting the service, which he appreciates.

Been going here for years. Every single time they do great work, for very fair prices. But the best thing about these guys is the honesty. I’ve had people try to sell on “urgent repairs”, or overcharge me for repairs that we’re actually needed. Took my car to Platinum, and Robert tells me what’s not actually needed, what is, and even found me ways to save extra. They’ve saved me thousands over the years, and I should’ve written this review sooner. But I finally took the time today because I called this morning due to a huge bolt that pierced my tire, and they took care of it right away, for free. These guys rule. Thank you to Robert and the team for all your amazing work.

Stopped by the shop without an appointment after a dashboard notification popped up for my passenger front signal light. The Platinum Automotive team jumped on it, figured out the problem, resolved it and sent me on my way. I always get the same level of quality service whether my issue is big or small. As always, a PLATINUM experience!! Thanks guys!!
