We've been using Platinum Automotive Service ever since we moved to the Tri-Cities, almost 6 years ago. Originally I was just travelling here from another state for work, but they provided such a high quality of maintenance work and vehicle servicing, I started postponing some of my maintenance work, so they could do it here. They are very thorough and have always been able to diagnose every vehicle/engine problems we've experienced. We have two vehicles and both vehicles have more than 205,000 miles on them. The do an excellent/honest job of recommending preventative maintenance. I know of no other automotive maintenance group that I would trust more than Platinum Automotive.
