Used them twice. They discovered a problem covered by my warranty and advised I get it fixed at the dealer. They tell you how long it will be, and they have been right on both times. They are affordable and your greeted with a welcoming attitude.

Great..had a flat and called Tire store for me..saying I was coming in..other store wasn't even worth giving 1 star..got a better oil with platinum and explain everything...I trust these guys with all our vehicles..and we use our trucks hard at times.

I rescheduled online for different time same day I thought..nope it was for the next day..and they said no problem we can do it..much appreciated for a not so computer literate person! Once again they came thru..

Through numerous vehicles, and many repairs, Nate and his crew have taken great care of me and my family. He is one of the few people I trust with the automotive repair world, and he has actually recommended not spending money on certain items until they really needed to be replaced instead of taking advantage of my ignorance. (Noisy old Ford Ranger power steering pump). Any business man that is willing to not take my money in the name of doing the right thing is a business man I can trust. Also, the courtesy ride to the house was awesome! Love the new shop!

Horrible experience! Stranded Single Parent & Care Giver. Quoted $864 to repair a fuel pump part that costs between $85 to $185. I Spoke with Nate, owner at Platium Automotive about limited funds & inability to fix my car now so made arrangements for AAA to tow my vehicle. I was shocked to hear from AAA that their was an outstanding bill for diagnostic of $111.38 to be paid to Platium Automotive otherwise I would not get my car. I tried throughout the day to talk to Nat, owner at Platium but he never had the courtesy to call me back. I asked tech Robert if I could pay a portion then be billed the rest but I was told I would not get my vehicle until I paid the full amount - Ransom! Thank God for family & my friend who could help me to get my car back by paying the $111.38 & then help me with rides to work. Sad business practice to take advantage of a woman with a disabled child and not have compassion to negotiate a payment. I wonder if they treat their wife, sister or mother in the same way?
