I had my Ford F-150 in for repair and replacement of a failed water pump, serpentine belt replacement, front crank seal, and thermostat. It has been a week since the repair and the work is still tight, no leaks, and the truck is running much better as a result. Because of how I had to pay for the repairs, I had to get two more estimates for the work and found that Platinum Automotive was the best price and their warranty was a year longer than the dealership. They had worked on my Buick Century a few years earlier and had done a terrific job then. I am very happy that I have found a shop that I can rely on for all my repairs.
