I'm giving this place one star because I've been dealing, in person and on the phone, with the owner for two weeks trying to order parts and get a set of air bags installed on my pickup truck. Little to no communication on status of order/parts and merely excuses when we did talk. FedEx supposedly misplaced the parts order, but the owner, Robert Van Slycke, didn't sound too concerned when he revealed to me that "the delivery didn't arrive according to the tracking number information." I guess he doesn't need my $500-$600 business, so I've ordered the parts and will have a friend help me with the installation.
