The staff is professional and take the time to clearly explain what was wrong with my car, which I really appreciated. They didnt try to up sell unnecessary services. Platinum Automotive is honest and trustworthy and there were no surprise charges when I picked up my vehicle. The turnaround time was reasonable, they kept me updated throughout the repair.
