They have gone out of their way for me sooo much. I really appreciate the ethic these guys hold!(nevermind) Edited from a 5 star to a 1. They waaaaay overcharge, platinum prices I guess. They also told me some things needed done that didn't..... moral of the story: always get a second opinion.....

Charged us a lot for technician coils snd only put one on... I could get 4 of these st orileyd for what they charged for one... They don't check your oil when trying to figure out what is wrong with your car. Overall rediculous.

As always, these guys keep proving they are the best in the business. Took my Suburban in for a check on the AC, Oil change, and tire rotation. AC was shot, but under warranty and they have me scheduled to have it replaced. Could have just told me it was shot and needed a new one and charged me full price, but they have all the integrity, along with mounds of experience. Don’t take your rig anywhere else, just go to Platinum!

Barbara said the staff took care of the problem and that they have a good business to go to to get vehicles fixed.
