Shame we were loyal to you from back when you were just starting out. Brought you lots of business all for you to screw us on a transmission you installed. Did not mention to us that we had a warranty let alone any paperwork on the job you say you did. Took s loan out to pay for it too. Your reply " I'm sorry you are 5 days out of warranty on that transmission. Oh so now I took a $6000 loan out for nothing but garbage that you put in our truck. I will never do business with you again. You have forgotten where you came from. Disgusted in your work and lack of telling us that we even had a warranty. Thanks again for the useless debt I carry now for nothing. We are very sorry for the way you feel. When you called about issues, we asked for you to bring it in so we could figure out what was going on, and you refused. We stand by our work 100%, But can only warranty used parts for a set period of time. This is why we had the conversation about warranties and risks before the work was performed and let you make a decision, based on finances, of which way you wanted to go. Our offer still stands, bring it in so we can figure out what is wrong and we can go from there. Thank you for your continued business we hope that in the future we can do business together again.
