Platinum Auto has become my go to place for all oil changes, services and repairs. After dealing with dealerships up selling, shoddy work, and treating me like I was born yesterday, Platinum is a breath of fresh air. Every time I took my Ford Flex to the dealer, they had some little (expensive) thing they said was it's maintenance. The second time I went to Platinum for an oil change, I asked them what services needed to be done at 50,000 miles. They looked it up, came back and said "wow, you're lucky, the first service is at 100,000 miles." I recommend Platinum to anyone.

Started having problems with my heater. My passengers were freezing. I called and talked to them about my problem and they got me in, in a timely manner. Then they fixed my heater and it didn’t cost nearly as much as I had feared. My passengers and bank account are smiling. I recommend Platinum to anyone who asks.
