I started to use them for some of the shop vehicles and they are doing such a great job that now i have started using them on my personal vehicles. it has been nice, I live across town and they had no problem picking me up and dropping me off with with there shuttle service this is huge to my wife and myself, now even she will be able to get he car serviced any time. the staff seems quite knowledgeable, and the pricing seems fair, - so if you need a mechanic that you can trust is would suggest Platinum Automotive.

This time it was just normal maintenance. But I have used Platinum Automotive for years. They have always been professional, honest, reliable and trustworthy, and stood behind the work. Always a please doing business with them.

they are reliable and do great work

Platinum Auto has become my go to place for all oil changes, services and repairs. After dealing with dealerships up selling, shoddy work, and treating me like I was born yesterday, Platinum is a breath of fresh air. Every time I took my Ford Flex to the dealer, they had some little (expensive) thing they said was it's maintenance. The second time I went to Platinum for an oil change, I asked them what services needed to be done at 50,000 miles. They looked it up, came back and said "wow, you're lucky, the first service is at 100,000 miles." I recommend Platinum to anyone.
